Section 5

Interface with other laws

Nothing in this Act derogates from any requirement imposed by or under —

(a)

the Building Control Act 1989;

(b)

the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act 1998;

(c)

the Environmental Public Health Act 1987;

(d)

the Fire Safety Act 1993;

(e)

the Planning Act 1998; or

(f)

any other prescribed written law with respect to the use of premises as, or the provision of services to residents of, foreign employee dormitories.
