Section 5

Advisory committees

(1)

The Minister may establish one or more advisory committees consisting of such persons as the Minister thinks fit to appoint for the purpose of advising the Minister on any matter arising out of the administration of this Act.

(2)

The Director may establish one or more advisory committees consisting of such persons as the Director thinks fit to appoint for the purpose of advising the Director on any matter arising out of the administration, functions and enforcement of this Act.
