Section 5

Supply of liquor only at licensed premises

Where licensed premises are specified in the liquor licence of a licensee, the licensee must not supply any liquor except at those licensed premises.

A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
