Carrying on of pawnbroking business and other businesses, etc.
(1)
A licensee must not carry on the business of pawnbroking at any place other than a licensed place of business, unless the Registrar gives written permission.
(2)
A licensee must not carry on any business other than the business of pawnbroking at a licensed place of business, unless the Registrar gives written permission.
(3)
A licensee must —
(a)
keep each licensed place of business in a suitable condition for carrying on the business of pawnbroking; and
(b)
comply with any requirements that the Registrar may specify for this purpose.
(4)
A licensee must comply with any security requirements for each licensed place of business that the Registrar may specify.
