Power of court over seized property, etc.
(1)
Sections 370, 371 and 372 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 apply, with the necessary modifications, when the Registrar seizes property or prohibits any dealing in property under section 31.
(2)
Despite subsection (1), when the Registrar seizes a pledge or prohibits any dealing in a pledge under section 31, the court may, at any time and on the application of a person interested in the pledge, order that the pledge be released to the person or dealt with as the court sees fit.
