Amendment of Schedules
(1)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the First, Second or Third Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, in an order under subsection (1), make any incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions that may be necessary or expedient.
(3)
An order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
