Benefits
(1)
An eligible individual is eligible to receive such benefits in such manner and of such amounts as may be prescribed.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1), different benefits, different methods of disbursing or conferring benefits and different amounts of benefits may be prescribed for different classes of eligible individuals.
