Application of this Part
(1)
This Part applies in respect of the Former IDA in relation to the transferring IDA function.
(2)
This Part does not affect the operation of, or derogate from —
(a)
any provision in Part 10; or
(b)
section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1965.
