Notice of meetings
(1)
The Authority is to hold such meetings as are necessary for performing its functions.
(2)
The Chairperson must appoint the times and places of the meetings of the Authority, and cause notice of those meetings to be given to each member not present when the appointment is made.
(3)
If the Chairperson receives a written request, signed by 4 or more members, that a meeting of the Authority be convened for a purpose specified in the request, the Chairperson must, within 7 days after receiving the request, convene a meeting for that purpose.
