Protection from personal liability
No liability shall lie against the Chief Executive, any member, employee or delegate of the Authority, any committee member, or any other person acting under the direction of the Authority, for anything done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in —
(a)
the performance or purported performance of any function of the Authority; or
(b)
the exercise or purported exercise of any power of the Authority.
