Rights of adjoining land owners or occupiers
(1)
A proprietor or occupier of any land which adjoins a public path is entitled as of right to access the public path from that land.
(2)
Rights of access conferred by this section are subject to any restrictions, limitations or conditions which may be specified by or under this Act or any other Act or law.
