Form and validity of licence
(1)
Every licence must state its class and be in such form as the Chief Licensing Officer may determine.
(2)
Every licence granted or renewed under this Act continues in force for such period as may be specified in the licence unless it is earlier revoked or has its term shortened under section 16.
