Application of this Act
(1)
Except as provided in subsection (2), this Act binds the Government and applies to any premises owned or occupied by the Government.
(2)
Nothing in this Act renders the Government liable to prosecution for an offence.
(3)
To avoid doubt, no person is immune from prosecution for any offence under this Act by reason only that the person is an employee of or is engaged to provide services to the Government.
