Rules
(1)
The Minister may make rules prescribing matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
(2)
The power conferred by subsection (1) does not extend to any matter for which Rules of Court or Family Justice Rules mentioned in section 13 or 14 (as the case may be) may be made.
