Suspension of licence
(1)
The Licensing Officer may, without compensation, immediately suspend a licence if proceedings for an offence specified in the Schedule have commenced and are pending against the licensee, a responsible officer of the licensee, or a person having substantial interest in, or control or direction over, the business of the licensee.
(2)
The suspension of a licence has effect until the conclusion of the proceedings mentioned in subsection (1).
