Offence of breaking, tampering with, etc., lock of premises subject to premises closure order
(1)
A person must not, without the prior permission of the Commissioner, tamper with, open, break, replace or remove any lock used to secure every point of entry into, or exit from, the premises subject to the premises closure order.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
