Section 5
Application of Act
(1)
This Act applies only to industry sectors prescribed.
(2)
Except as provided in subsection (3), this Act binds the Government.
(3)
Nothing in this Act renders the Government liable to prosecution for an offence under this Act.
(4)
To avoid doubt, a person is not immune from prosecution for any offence under this Act by reason only that the person is engaged to provide services to or on behalf of the Government.
