Proceedings conducted by officers of Board
Proceedings in respect of an offence under this Act, the International Enterprise Singapore Board Act (Cap. 143B, 2002 Revised Edition) or the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board Act (Cap. 303A, 2002 Revised Edition) may, with the authorisation of the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by an officer of the Board who is authorised in writing to do so by the Chairperson or the Chief Executive.
