Modes of winding up and application of this Division
(1)
The winding up of a company may be either —
(a)
by the Court; or
(b)
voluntary.
(2)
Unless the context otherwise requires, the provisions of this Act with respect to the winding up of a company apply to both modes of winding up mentioned in subsection (1).
