Section 133

Effect of winding up order

(1)

When a winding up order has been made or a provisional liquidator has been appointed, no action or proceeding may be proceeded with or commenced against the company except —

(a)

by the leave of the Court; and

(b)

in accordance with such terms as the Court may impose.

(2)

Subject to section 198, an order for winding up a company operates in favour of all the creditors and contributories of the company as if made on the joint application of a creditor and of a contributory.
