Publication of notice of acceptance or rejection, etc.

Where the Official Receiver accepts an applicant company into the simplified winding up programme under section 250G or 250H or rejects an application to be accepted into the simplified winding up programme under section 250G, the Official Receiver must —
(a)
notify the applicant company of the acceptance or rejection; (b)publish on the designated website a notice of the acceptance or rejection; and
(c)
within 10 days after the publication of the notice of acceptance in paragraph (b), give notice of the acceptance in the Gazette and at least one English local daily newspaper.
