Section 326

Commencement and duration of bankruptcy

The bankruptcy of any person who has been adjudged bankrupt by a bankruptcy order (whether made against the person or against the firm in which the person is a partner) —

(a)

commences on the day the bankruptcy order is made; and

(b)

continues until the person is discharged under Part 18.
