Section 428

In the case of the death of the debtor or bankrupt, or of the spouse of the debtor or bankrupt, or of a witness whose evidence has been received by the Court in any proceedings under Parts 3 and 13 to 22, the deposition of the person so deceased, purporting to be sealed with the seal of the Court, or a copy of the deposition purporting to be so sealed, is admissible as evidence of the matters deposed to in the deposition.
