Section 5

Jurisdiction of Registrar under this Act

Subject to the Rules —

(a)

the Registrar has all the powers and jurisdiction of the Court; and

(b)

any order made or act done by the Registrar in the exercise of those powers and jurisdiction is, subject to an appeal to a judge in chambers, deemed to be the order or act of the Court.
