Form and validity of licence
(1)
A licence must —
(a)
be in such form as the licensing officer may determine; and
(b)
contain the conditions subject to which it is granted.
(2)
A licence is to remain in force until 30 June in the third year following the year in which the licence was granted.
(3)
A licence that is renewed continues in force for a further period of 3 years, starting on the date immediately following that on which the licence would (but for its renewal) have expired.
