Section 72J

Publication of notice of acceptance or rejection, etc.

Where the Official Receiver accepts an applicant company into the simplified debt restructuring programme under section 72G or 72H, or rejects an application to be accepted into the simplified debt restructuring programme under section 72G, the Official Receiver must —

(a)

notify the applicant company of the acceptance or rejection; and

(b)

publish on the designated website a notice of the acceptance or rejection.
