Application and interpretation of this Division
(1)
This Division applies to —
(a)
every individual, whether or not resident in Singapore and whether or not a citizen of Singapore; and
(b)
every entity.
(2)
In this Division, unless the context otherwise requires, any reference to a licensee is a reference to a licensee incorporated in Singapore.
