Appeals to Minister
(1)
A licensee incorporated or formed in Singapore that is aggrieved by a decision of the Authority under section 34(3)(b) may, within 30 days after receiving the decision of the Authority, appeal in writing to the Minister, whose decision is final.
(2)
A licensee incorporated or formed in Singapore, or any chief executive officer, director or partner of that licensee, that is aggrieved by a written notice of the Authority under section 35(1) may, within 30 days after receiving the notice, appeal in writing to the Minister, whose decision is final.
