Section 37

Amendment of Schedule

(1)

The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend, add to or vary the Schedule.

(2)

The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make any saving or transitional provision as may be necessary or expedient.

(3)

Every order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
