Section 9

Conditions of registration

(1)

The Registrar may impose any conditions of registration on a registered dealer that the Registrar considers necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.

(2)

The Registrar may, by written notice to a registered dealer and after giving the registered dealer an opportunity to be heard, add to, vary or cancel any condition of registration.
