Section 231

Publication — communicating, performing, etc., authorial works published under section 230

This section applies where, by virtue of section 230, the publication of an authorial work (or part of the authorial work) is a permitted use.

The following acts are also permitted uses if they are done after the publication:

(a)

broadcasting the work (or part of the work);

(b)

including the work (or part of the work) in a cable programme;

(c)

performing the work (or part of the work) in public;

(d)

making a record of the work (or part of the work).
