What is a copy of a cable programme

A “copy” of a cable programme is —

(a)

insofar as the programme consists of visual images — a film of the programme, and includes a copy of such a film; and

(b)

insofar as the programme consists of sounds — a sound recording of the programme, and includes a copy of such a recording.

For the purposes of subsection (1), a film of a cable programme includes —

(a)

a film of any of the visual images comprised in the programme; and

(b)

a photograph of any of those images.
