Section 88

What is a foreign institution aiding persons with print disabilities

A “foreign institution aiding persons with print disabilities” is an institution —

(a)

whose main functions include providing relevant materials to persons with print disabilities; and

(b)

that is formed, incorporated or established outside Singapore.
