Registrar of Births and Deaths to give notice of inoculation
Every Registrar of Births and Deaths shall, immediately after the registration of the birth of a child, issue to the guardian of such child a notice in such form as may be approved by the Director of Medical Services, drawing attention to the provisions of paragraph (a) of section 5 of this Ordinance.
