Restriction on the number of trailers drawn
(1)
The number of trailers if any which may be drawn by a motor vehicle on a road shall not exceed one.
(2)
For the purposes of this section, the expression “trailer” shall not include any vehicle used solely for carrying water for the purposes of the drawing vehicle or any agricultural vehicle not constructed to carry a load.
(3)
If any person causes or permits a trailer to be drawn in contravention of this section he shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance. [29]
