Clause 39

Any police officer in uniform may at any time examine any vehicle or trailer which is being used and the licence thereof to see if such vehicle complies with the provisions of this Ordinance or of any rules made thereunder and if any person obstructs any such officer in the exercise of his powers and duty under this section, such person shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance.
