Leaving vehicles in positions likely to cause danger, obstruction or undue inconvenience
Except as otherwise provided in subsection (4) of section 34 of this Ordinance, if any person in charge of a vehicle causes or permits the vehicle or any trailer drawn thereby to remain at rest on any road in such a position or in such condition or in such circumstances as to be likely to cause danger, obstruction or undue inconvenience to other users of the road or to traffic, he shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance.
