Repeal and saving
(1)
The University of Malaya Ordinance (Cap. 205) is hereby repealed.
(2)
Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance the Divisional Council of the University of Malaya in Singapore as constituted by the said repealed Ordinance shall continue to exist subject to the provisions of the Constitution.
