Clause 13

Duty to be additional to that imposed by other law

Any duty chargeable under this Ordinance on any goods shall be chargeable in addition to any other duty for the time being chargeable thereon under the provisions of the Customs Ordinance, 1960 (Ord. 44 of 1960), or any other written law.
