Clause 2

Interpretation

Expressions used in this Ordinance shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meaning as in the War Risks (Goods) Insurance Ordinance, 1941 (Ord. 19 of 1941) (hereinafter in this Ordinance (Ord. 34 of 1941) referred to as the “principal Ordinance”).
