Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Diphtheria Immunisation Ordinance, 1961 (hereinafter in this Ordinance referred to as the “principal Ordinance”) is hereby amended —
by deleting the definition of “medical certificate” appearing therein; and
by deleting the definitions of “medical practitioner” and “nurse” appearing therein and substituting therefor the following new definitions: —“ “medical practitioner” means a medical practitioner registered or exempted from registration under the Medical Registration Ordinance (Cap. 191);“nurse” means a nurse registered under the Nurses Registration Ordinance (Cap. 194) and includes any person whose name is registered in any part or parts of any Register specified in subsection (1) of section 5 of that Ordinance;”.
