Amendment of section 45

Section 45 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the words “a judge or the Registrar” appearing in the fifth line of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “a Judge of the Supreme Court or the Registrar or a District Judge or Registrar of a District Court”.
