Clause 5

All members of the Commission, any person co-opted to serve on the Commission under the provisions of section 6 of this Ordinance and any person appointed to be Secretary to the Commission under the provisions of section 7 of this Ordinance shall, on appointment or on co-option as the case may be, take an oath or make an affirmation, in the form set out in the First or the Second Schedule to this Ordinance as may be appropriate, before a District Judge.
