Clause 37
No remuneration recoverable in respect of certain appointments except by public accountants
No person shall be entitled to recover any expenses or remuneration for or in respect of any of the appointments set out in section 36 of this Ordinance and made after the appointed day unless such person has been registered as a public accountant under this Ordinance.
