Overcrowding of houses
(1)
Any person who permits a house to be so overcrowded as to be injurious or dangerous to the health of the inhabitants shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, and the Magistrate’s Court hearing the complaint may make a nuisance order under section 111 of this Ordinance, notwithstanding that the notice prescribed by section 110 of this Ordinance has not been given.

Any person who fails to comply with such a nuisance order shall be liable to be dealt with under section 111 of this Ordinance.
