Restriction on use of hydrants
(1)
No person shall take any water for any purpose other than a domestic purpose from any standpipe or drinking fountain used for the supply of water to the public.
(2)
Any person who acts in contravention of this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance and shall he liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars.
