Protection of the Minister and officers from personal liability
No matter or thing done and no contract entered into by any Minister and no matter or thing done by any officer employed in the administration of this Ordinance or other person whomsoever acting under the direction of any Minister shall, if the matter or thing was done or the contract was entered into bona fide for the purpose of executing this Ordinance, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or demand whatsoever.
