Penalty for obstructing any authority in its duty
Any person who at any time hinders, obstructs or molests any authority or any of its officers, employees, agents or contractors in the performance and execution of their duty or of anything which they are respectively empowered or required to do by virtue or in consequence of this Ordinance, or removes any mark set up for the purpose of indicating any level or direction necessary to the execution of works authorised by this Ordinance, shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months.
