Receipts and notices may be given by officer authorised thereunto
(1)
All notices, orders, receipts warrants and other documents of whatsoever nature which an authority is empowered to give by this or any other Ordinance or under any regulations made thereunder may be given by any officer or employee authorised thereunto by the authority.
(2)
Where any such notice, order, warrant or document requires authentication, the signature or a facsimile thereof of the authority or any officer or employee authorised thereunto by the authority affixed thereto shall be sufficient authentication.
