Ventilating pipes to sewers
(1)
The Director may erect or fix to any building such pipes as are necessary for the proper ventilation of the drains and sewers belonging to it.
(2)
Such pipes shall be erected so as not to occasion any nuisance or inconvenience to such building or any building in the neighbourhood.
